Cassville recently changed utility billing software which affects those customers who wish to make online payments. With the new system, customers only need to know/enter their water/sewer account number to make a payment.
There are a number of links on the City's web site to reach our payment system, two of the easiest to find are located in the top banner of every web page. The first is in the drop down menu titled "Residents" and the other is a drop down menu titled "I want to". Simply select "Utility Payments" or "Utility Bills" from either menu. Selecting any one of the hyperlinks should take you to a page hosted by our vendor with a URL that begins with bsaonline.com. If you have trouble reaching this site you may need to clear browser history/cache.
Once you're on the bsaonline payment portal enter your account number in the field at the top of the page (shown circled in red in the picture below).
After entering your account number, select your name from the search results and you will have access to detailed billing data including usage and payment history and a usage history chart. To pay your bill click the link right below the red tinted window on the upper right side of the page that shows the current amount due. Payments are brought into the City's system in real time so online payments are a safe and easy way to avoid late fees or service disconnection.
